Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Family Life Solutions collects when you use famlifesolutions.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with. Family Life Solutions is a sole proprietorship operated by Lesley David Varisce, a licensed independent insurance agent in Clarksville, Tennessee. We are the party responsible for the information you submit on this site.

Information you give us

The quote forms on this site ask for some or all of the following, depending on the product:

• Your name
• Your email address, your phone number, or both
• Your age
• The coverage amount or monthly premium range you are considering
• Your ZIP code
• Which page you were on when you asked, so Les knows what you want quoted

To send a quote request you need to fill in your name, your age, your ZIP code, and at least one way to reach you. The forms on this site do not ask for your Social Security number, your health history, or whether you use tobacco. Les will go over health questions with you on the phone or in the carrier's own application, never through this website.

Information collected automatically

This site is served from Amazon Web Services. Like nearly all web hosts, AWS records standard request logs that can include your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. Those logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. It sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_*, which hold a randomly generated identifier so a returning visitor is counted once instead of twice. The cookies expire after two years. Google Analytics records the pages you view, roughly how long you stay, the site or search that sent you, your device and browser type, and an approximate city-level location. We have IP anonymization turned on, so Google truncates your IP address before storing it. We do not use Google Analytics to build advertising audiences, and we have not enabled Google Signals or ad personalization.

We look at this in aggregate, to see which coverage pages people actually read. It is not tied to your quote request and it is not used to identify you.

You can opt out for every site you visit by installing Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the quote forms.

Third parties that can see something

Four outside services are involved when you use this site:

• Amazon Web Services hosts the site and processes quote-form submissions, then emails them to Les. AWS acts as our service provider and does not use your information for its own purposes.
• LeadConnector powers the appointment booking window. If you open it and book a time, the details you enter go to that scheduling service so the appointment reaches Les.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on these pages, which means Google receives your IP address as part of loading them.
• Google Analytics receives the page-view data described above, including a truncated IP address, and processes it on our behalf under the Google Analytics terms.

Insurance carriers

If you decide to apply for a policy, we submit your application information to the insurance carrier or carriers you choose. Those carriers then handle your information under their own privacy policies, and their underwriting process may include ordering a prescription history, motor vehicle record, or medical information report. We will tell you which carrier we are submitting to before we submit anything.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit a quote form or request a call, you are asking us to contact you, and you agree that Les may call, text or email you at the number and address you provided about the coverage you asked about. Standard message and data rates may apply. This consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.

You can stop contact at any time. Reply STOP to any text, ask to be removed on any call, or email familylifesltns@gmail.com.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with lead buyers or marketing companies. The only parties who receive it are the service providers listed above and any carrier you ask us to apply to.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into an application are kept for up to two years so Les can follow up if you asked him to. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as your policy is in force plus the period required by Tennessee insurance recordkeeping rules and by the carrier. You can ask us to delete a quote request at any time.

Your choices and rights

Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email familylifesltns@gmail.com or call (931) 933-3770 and we will respond within 45 days.

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we collect and why, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information, that signal does not change how we handle your data.

Children

This site is meant for adults shopping for insurance. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions travel encrypted. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we limit who can reach your information to Les and the service providers named above.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
