This policy explains what Family Life Solutions collects when you use famlifesolutions.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with. Family Life Solutions is a sole proprietorship operated by Lesley David Varisce, a licensed independent insurance agent in Clarksville, Tennessee. We are the party responsible for the information you submit on this site.
The short version. We collect what you type into a quote form so Les can call you back with a real rate. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not run analytics, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
The quote forms on this site ask for some or all of the following, depending on the product:
To send a quote request you need to fill in your name, your age, your ZIP code, and at least one way to reach you. The forms on this site do not ask for your Social Security number, your health history, or whether you use tobacco. Les will go over health questions with you on the phone or in the carrier's own application, never through this website.
This site is served from Amazon Web Services. Like nearly all web hosts, AWS records standard request logs that can include your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. Those logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not set any first-party cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracker on this site.
Three outside services are involved when you use this site:
If you decide to apply for a policy, we submit your application information to the insurance carrier or carriers you choose. Those carriers then handle your information under their own privacy policies, and their underwriting process may include ordering a prescription history, motor vehicle record, or medical information report. We will tell you which carrier we are submitting to before we submit anything.
When you submit a quote form or request a call, you are asking us to contact you, and you agree that Les may call, text or email you at the number and address you provided about the coverage you asked about. Standard message and data rates may apply. This consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
You can stop contact at any time. Reply STOP to any text, ask to be removed on any call, or email familylifesltns@gmail.com.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with lead buyers or marketing companies. The only parties who receive it are the service providers listed above and any carrier you ask us to apply to.
Quote requests that do not turn into an application are kept for up to two years so Les can follow up if you asked him to. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as your policy is in force plus the period required by Tennessee insurance recordkeeping rules and by the carrier. You can ask us to delete a quote request at any time.
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email familylifesltns@gmail.com or call (931) 933-3770 and we will respond within 45 days.
If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we collect and why, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information, that signal does not change how we handle your data.
This site is meant for adults shopping for insurance. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us and we will delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions travel encrypted. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we limit who can reach your information to Les and the service providers named above.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
