The site is operated by Family Life Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Lesley David Varisce, a licensed independent insurance agent in Clarksville, Tennessee. The most important point. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage or price. Every number shown is an illustration. You only have coverage once a carrier approves your application, issues a policy, and the first premium is paid.
This site describes insurance products Les can help you shop for and lets you request a quote or book a call. It is marketing and general information. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation that any particular product suits your situation.
Sample rates shown anywhere on this site are illustrations for a hypothetical applicant. Your actual premium depends on your age, health, tobacco use, the coverage amount and term you choose, the carrier, and the state you live in. Rates change, carriers change their products, and underwriting can result in a different price than quoted or in a decline. Indexed universal life and annuity figures in particular depend on carrier crediting rates, caps, participation rates and fees, and past performance never predicts future results.
Lesley David Varisce is licensed to sell insurance in Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia, Texas and New York. We cannot transact insurance business in states where we are not licensed. Not every product described here is available in every state, and product availability and features vary by carrier and state.
Family Life Solutions is an independent agency. We are not employed by any single insurance carrier. When you buy a policy through us, the issuing carrier pays us a commission. You do not pay us a separate fee for our help. Being independent lets us compare products across carriers rather than sell one company's lineup.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that it is yours to submit. Insurance applications rely on accurate answers, and a misstatement on an application can let a carrier rescind a policy or deny a claim. How we handle what you submit is covered in our Privacy Policy.
When you submit a form or book a call, you are asking us to get in touch, and you agree we may call, text or email you about the coverage you asked about. You can opt out at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
Some products described on this site, including the KonnectMD virtual healthcare membership and the Commercial Drivers Legal Plan, are memberships rather than insurance. They do not provide insurance coverage, are not a substitute for health insurance, and are governed by the terms of the provider that offers them.
This site links to and embeds services we do not control, including the appointment booking window and any carrier site we send you to. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
The text, layout, images and design on this site belong to Family Life Solutions or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking first.
